All meat is USDA approved and stamped by local butcher. Prices vary following market price of beef. I am competitively priced with large retail stores but the quality is far beyond theirs. Prices will follow generally in this range. Large quantities: Side or split side of beef $1.75-$1.95 per pound as weighed by the butcher. After bone and extra fat are trimmed off, a split side will receive roughly 140 pounds of edible meat. Final total cost, including processing, will be around $380-$400 for a split side.
